We are truly thankful to let everyone know that a kind hearted woman who works in the Inverclyde area will be walking this year's Kiltwalk Glasgow to raise funds for MindMosaic Counselling & Therapy.

Dani, second from left with some of the MindMosaic team said "I will be taking part in Kiltwalk to raise funds on behalf of my friend Daynar who lost her life, I would like to give back to the community in memory of her. I will be walking with my dad who is supporting ManOn! Inverclyde".

📣 Announcement 📣 Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) is back! 📣

Due to the success of our previous courses we are delighted to be bringing you a new 8 week mindfulness course starting this spring at Belville Community Gardens, to be a part of something quite special please follow the link below to secure your place!

The MBLC introduces basic mindfulness techniques whilst cultivating an attitude of self acceptance and compassion.

The course will be taught by Kathryn Gardiner who is a counsellor at MindMosaic, and is a British Association of Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA) registered teacher.

The course will be delivered outside, however, with your comfort in mind, we have a rain shelter, fire pit and access to toilets.

This Level 2 course is ideal for anyone who has already completed a Level 1 Mindfulness Course and wishes to continue to develop their mindfulness practice so as to hold their inner experience with warmth and compassion.

The course will start on the 14th March with an introductory session and then continue for 8 more weeks.

This is a highly sought after course which has been requested by so many recently, so with that in mind, we're please to announce the wonderful CBLC Approved Teacher, @MindfulWarrior, will be leading you on your next journey.

There will a charge for this course of £80, with a reduced charge of £40 available for those on low income.
