We are looking for people who are passionate about mental health, share our Core Values, and genuinely want to make a difference.

We are currently looking for qualified counsellors of all modalities. Opportunities are available to join our staff team on a part time basis or to become a self employed sessional counsellor at MindMosaic. We are also looking for senior counsellors to join our management team and a trauma therapist to join our expanding trauma service.

We are interested in hearing from counsellors who meet the following criteria to join our sessional bank of self-employed counsellors:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in counselling/psychotherapy from a recognised course.
  • Be accredited by a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, BPC, COSCA, UKCP) or actively working towards accreditation.
  • Be a member of an appropriate professional organisation (e.g. BPC, COSCA, BACP).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to evidenced CPD
  • Have supervision by an experienced practitioner.
  • Adherence to A Code of Conduct from a recognised professional body.

We are interested in hearing from counsellors who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in counselling/psychotherapy.
  • Have at least two years post qualifying experience.
  • Be accredited by a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP, BPC, COSCA, UKCP).
  • Be a member of an appropriate professional organisation (e.g. BPC, COSCA, BACP).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to evidenced CPD.
  • Have previous experience of people management.
  • Have supervision by an experienced practitioner.
  • Adherence to A Code of Conduct from a recognised professional body.

We are interested in hearing from counsellors & therapists who meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a recognised qualification in counselling/psychotherapy.
  • Have completed additional training in trauma therapy.
  • Have at least two years post qualifying experience, with experience of working with trauma.
  • Be accredited by a recognised professional body (e.g. BACP,BPC, COSCA, UKCP).
  • Be a member of an appropriate professional organisation (e.g. BPC, COSCA, BACP).
  • Demonstrate a commitment to evidenced CPD.
  • Have supervision by an experienced practitioner.
  • Adherence to A Code of Conduct from a recognised professional body.
