At MindMosaic we provide a range of groups including psychoeducational groups, support groups and diversionary activities to support people in their journey to Mental wellbeing
These are usually fun activities which have a proven effect in supporting mental health recovery. In the last few years we have provided Mindfulness Groups, Wummin Drummin’ with female survivors, Upcycling Workshops with our male survivors as well as knitting and crafting.
Support groups are inclusion focused and promote well-being and involvement in a peer setting. Support groups include female and male survivor groups (you will not be asked to tell your story).

Building Better Mental Health
A 6 week psychoeducational course which supports people to better able support their own mental health
